Police in Texas say the person they have been searching for after a lethal capturing that left two individuals lifeless at a fast-food restaurant is in custody and on an “ICE maintain.”
Oved Bernardo Mendoza Argueta, 37, was wished Wednesday night after a capturing occurred at a Chick-fil-A within the 5300 block of North MacArthur Boulevard in Irving, police introduced on Fb.
“We are able to verify that the suspect was taken into custody early this morning,” an Irving Police spokesperson informed Fox Information Digital on Thursday morning, later including that Mendoza Argueta is on an “ICE maintain,” with the Immigration Command Bureau and Naturalization. Police say the second sufferer’s identify was faraway from the doc as a result of a notification needed to be made to subsequent of kin.
