Zanganeh visited different departments of the office and was closely informed about the process of work and news in this visit, which was done on the occasion of the commemoration of the 17th of August, the martyrdom anniversary of Mahmoud Sarmi, the late journalist of the Islamic Republic of Iran News Agency, and the Journalist's Day.
Governor of Golestan also paid his respects to Shamkh Shahada by standing in front of the martyrs' statue of the Islamic Republic News Agency upon his arrival.
Zanganeh also expressed his condolences on the days of mourning for the martyrs of Hazrat Aba Abdullah al-Hussein (AS) and his companions in a conversation with the reporters of IRNA news agency in Golestan center, and answered their questions on various issues of the province.
Also, during the past few days, a group of senior managers of the province and city attended the office of the Islamic Republic of Golestan Center and the Gonbadkavos office, while honoring the memory of Martyr Mahmoud Sarmi and the martyrs of the journalist and condoling the mourning of the Muharram days, they honored the Journalist's Day.
In 1377, Martyr Mahmoud Sarmi, one of the journalists of the Islamic Republic News Agency, who was working as a representative of the news agency in the office of Mazar-e-Sharif, Afghanistan, drank the syrup of martyrdom when the Taliban terrorist group attacked, and the Council of Public Culture on August 17, 1378 (one year after Mahmoud Sarmi's martyrdom) ) named Journalist's Day in memory of this noble martyr.
